The presentation was lovely, I actually gasped a little when I opened it! It looked proper nice and made the whole thing feel way more special than I expected

I ordered from Friars mainly because I liked the idea of being able to personalise the item. Adding a name was straightforward, so no complaints there, but I did think there might be a few more options for things like fonts or layout. The finished product looked perfectly fine, and if you just want something simple and personalised, it does the job. But if you're expecting it to feel a bit more unique or special, it might be a little underwhelming. Delivery was fine and everything arrived without any issues, I just think the customisation side could be improved a bit.

I was trying to find a few items that seemed to be sold out everywhere else , but Friars actually had them in stock . Ordering was really straightforward and there were no issues at all . Everything arrived as expected , so I’m happy with the whole experience and would definitely use them again .

I ordered from friars.co and the sweets themselves were really good, no complaints there at all. The website was straightforward too, and everything turned up fine. I just kept thinking the shipping cost felt a bit high for what I’d bought. Maybe if you’re doing a bigger order it makes more sense, but for just a small treat it kind of puts me off ordering too often. Still, the actual sweets were nice, so 3 stars feels about right.

I ordered a few sweets as a gift and they went down well. The site had a nice selection, and it felt a bit more personal than the usual gift stuff. Delivery did take a day longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m still happy with it.

I ordered a mixed box from Friars the chocolate was lovely. It tasted really fresh, smooth, and not overly sweet, which I liked. You can definitely tell it’s good quality, and I’d happily buy it again. Just one of those treats where… yeah, really nice.

This was really tasty, actually, really tasty might be underselling it a bit. I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely have it again.

I was actually happy with Friars. I’m always a bit wary when shops use loads of shiny wording about “inclusive ranges” and all that, because half the time you still have to dig around to work out what’s safe. But this was straightforward. I needed gluten free sweets and it was easy enough to find what I could have, and they had some vegan bits too, which was handy for a gift. The order turned up fine and everything was clearly labelled, so I wasn’t left guessing

One of the items in my order turned up damaged, which was frustrating because it was supposed to be a gift. I emailed Friars with a photo of it, and they replied really quickly. What I appreciated most was how straightforward they made it, no endless questions or long back-and-forth, they just arranged a replacement and got it sent out. It would’ve been 5 stars if everything had arrived perfect the first time, but their customer service was genuinely good and made the whole thing much less stressful.

I ordered from friars.co and the sweets turned up fine, with nothing broken or missing. The box was just a bit bashed on one side though, so it didn’t give the best first impression. The packaging inside was decent enough, but it could’ve done with just a little more padding. Not terrible, just average overall.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but they ended up fixing it really fast. Maybe I just got lucky, but the whole thing was handled quicker than I thought it would be...
